1. Background

This discussion aims to achieve: Confirming the five Sword Holders and the Finance Group Leader for the 2025 S1. Candidates are encouraged to submit the required information in the comments section.

Starting today, we officially launch the community position elections for Q1 2025. We warmly welcome all eligible community members to actively participate in the candidacy process. Once the election concludes, we will enter a three-month governance phase for Q1. We look forward to your enthusiastic participation!

2. Performance Summary

BuidlerDAO Community

Since the official release of the whitepaper in July 2023, BuidlerDAO completed its first revision in December of the same year and successfully held two Guardians Elections in July 2023 and January 2024. Over the course of nearly 18 months of exploration and practice, the community forum has published more than 60 governance discussion posts, while Snapshot has launched 30+ governance proposals and votes, with over 150 active contributors in the community.

Additionally, in August 2024, the community officially launched the BRP Reputation System, marking a new stage in BuidlerDAO’s governance. This system enables contributors to earn rewards for their contributions. To date, five phases of BRP distribution have been completed, with a total of 63,484.00 BRP generated, 24,720.8 pBRP minted, and 18,290.79 USDT distributed. The implementation of this system has provided a transparent incentive mechanism, further boosting community activity and fostering long-term development.

SpringX Accelerator

From October 2023 to June 2024, BuidlerDAO successfully organized three SpringX accelerator phases, achieving remarkable results:

• October 2023: BuidlerDAO collaborated with SevenX Ventures, Generative Ventures, Bixin Ventures, and 14 founders from projects like Cyberconnect, Galxe, Dodo, and Conflux to launch the first SpringX Accelerator. This phase attracted over 250 applications, with 12 projects selected for a six-month program spanning five cities.
• February 2024: SpringX partnered with Aptos, ABCDE, and SevenX Ventures to launch the SpringX Move Accelerator, marking its first collaboration with a public blockchain. Nearly half of the selected projects successfully secured substantial grants from Aptos.
• June 2024: SpringX, in collaboration with Solar, Superteam, SevenX, and ABCDE, launched the SpringX Solana Accelerator, supported by official Solana Grants, further enhancing the community’s influence in the blockchain industry.

To date, SpringX has attracted over 600 project applications, with 30+ projects successfully selected for acceleration, raising a total funding amount of $20M+.

Cube Summit

On October 3, 2024, BuidlerDAO organized and launched the Cube Summit in New York in collaboration with blockchain clubs from 12 top universities. The participating universities included Cambridge, Columbia, Cornell, Harvard, MIT, NYU, Oxford, Princeton, Stanford, UC Berkeley, the University of Pennsylvania, and Yale.

The event received nearly 100 project applications, registered over 600 attendees, and featured more than 50 speakers, bringing together students, alumni, and blockchain pioneers. This summit marked a significant milestone in BuidlerDAO’s internationalization journey, bridging the East and West while discovering outstanding talent and high-value early-stage projects.

Summary

Since the end of 2023, BuidlerDAO has shifted its focus from investment research, education, and hackathons to two core initiatives: the SpringX Accelerator, catering to the global Chinese-speaking and Asia-Pacific communities, and the CUBE Summit, targeting top university clubs in Europe and US. Moving forward, BuidlerDAO aims to strengthen its role as a bridge between East and West by:

1. Connecting Eastern projects with Western VCs.
2. Introducing Eastern VCs/LPs to Western projects.
3. Guiding Western projects into Eastern markets.

This recruitment process seeks to select new Heads for the five guilds and a Lead for the Finance Group, with an emphasis on advancing Cube and the next phase of SpringX. These efforts will drive further international expansion and solidify BuidlerDAO’s global presence.

Previously, I was responsible for community operations at Moledao, supported by Bybit. In this role, I maintained strong relationships with Web3 media, project teams, and other stakeholders to drive collaborations and foster ecosystem engagement.

Additionally, I served as a Lead at BGA, also supported by Bybit, where I organized the BGA Annual Oscar event. The event attracted over 270 project applications, 40+ VIP guests, and achieved over 1 million media impressions. I successfully built several business pillars, including Hackathon, Incubation, Joint Fund, and the Oscar program.

I am deeply passionate about DAO governance and would love the opportunity to serve as the Head of the Operations Guild.

   Since late 2022, I have been involved in the BuidlerDAO Research Guild, later serving as the Head of the guild. In this role, I organized the production of research content, managed specialized research teams, and conducted studies on tokenomics. I also actively participated in project selection and support for the SpringX Accelerator. Previously, I worked in venture capital.

   Founded BuidlerDAO in 2022, where I led community influence-building initiatives in the first year. Through educational videos, investment research articles, and hackathons, we established ourselves as a leading Chinese-speaking DAO organization. In 2023, I secured funding from Sequoia Capital, SevenX, and others, drafted the first version of our whitepaper, and launched the SpringX accelerator in collaboration with 17 VCs and project partners. I also spearheaded partnerships with Aptos and Solana blockchain platforms for the second and third cohorts. In 2024, we expanded into Western markets by organizing CUBE in New York on October 3rd, in partnership with blockchain clubs from 12 universities.
   My prior experience includes roles as a product manager at internet companies and game designer at startups, complemented by internships at VCs and consulting firms, along with multiple entrepreneurial ventures. I excel in product development and economic mechanism design, with proven expertise in resource integration and investment/financing.
