BuidlerDAO Code of Conduct
If you observe a violation of our code of conduct, please submit an anonymous report using this form and notify the governance committee if necessary.
BuidlerDAO aims to establish a deep network of talent and projects. We invite more Web3 developers, researchers, operators, project founders, and collaborators to join this network as contributors and builders, driving the prosperity and mass adoption of Web3 applications together.
Our Commitment to the Code of Conduct
BuidlerDAO is committed to creating a safe and collaborative environment regardless of gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, mental illness, appearance, race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, age, education, socioeconomic status, or experience level.
This commitment is intended to create a reliable standard applicable to all members, partners, and communities related to the BuidlerDAO ecosystem. We invite everyone who participates in the BuidlerDAO ecosystem (guild members, BuidlerDAO contributors, accelerator project members, Discord members) to create a safe and positive experience for all.
Goals of the Code of Conduct
The goal of this code of conduct is to establish a general tone for our community and provide a guide and process for interacting and holding each other accountable. This list is not exhaustive of all possible actions, but rather invites our community members to develop a healthy, friendly, collaborative, and creative culture toward being their best selves.
Expected Behaviors (Expected from All Community Members)
- Attempt collaboration before conflict.
- Accept constructive criticism humbly.
- Give constructive feedback kindly: directly, with care, empathy, and express your thoughts on relevance to mutual goals or alignment, without denigrating them.
- Act in the best interest of the community.
- Respect differing viewpoints and experiences.
- Be mindful of your surroundings and your fellow community members.
- Approach and listen to others in a sincere and positive manner. Empathy first.
- Engage in open dialogues, set aside personal judgments, biases, opinions, and beliefs, respect and listen to other viewpoints.
- We may share with the general public at real-world community events, we need to show respect for all patrons of these locations.
- Contribute to the health and iteration of this community by participating authentically and positively.
- Use friendly and inclusive language, avoid derogatory, discriminatory, or harassing behaviors and remarks.
Unacceptable Behaviors (Behaviors considered Harassment and are not Acceptable)
- Unwelcome sexual attention.
- Intentional intimidation, stalking, or following (online or offline).
- Sustained disruption of community activities, fabrication of false information, and spreading harmful content to the community.
- Implicit or explicit attacks regarding gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, mental illness, appearance, race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, age, education, socioeconomic status, or experience level.
- Any form of threat or incitement to violence, including personal self-harm.
- Harassment, including continued attempts to communicate with someone (publicly or privately) after being ignored or refused.
- Posting private chat records from private or closed communities that include personal identifying details (such as name, avatar, etc.) without authorization.
- Unwelcome simulated physical contact.
- Unwelcome comments involving personal lifestyle choices and practices, including those related to food, health, parenting, medication, appearance, and employment.
- Unnecessary or off-topic sexual images or information, including explicit or violent sexual language in speech.
- Organizing or participating in attacks or other activities intentionally disrupting community operations.
- Malicious manipulation of BuidlerDAO contracts, events, products, content, social channels, Discord channels through bots or other programs.
Your Responsibility to the Community
If you witness a behavior that violates our code of conduct, or if you become a victim of the violation, you have a responsibility to report it to the governance committee (fill out this form or contact directly), even if the violation seems minor and can be kept anonymous.
If you are reported for violating this commitment, please understand that we primarily consider the impact of your behavior rather than your motives and intentions. Although your intentions may not violate the code of conduct, the impact of your actions or words may do so.
While we understand people make mistakes, we also take actions based on the needs, desires, and overall safety of the victims and the community. We hope that if you are reported for violating the code of conduct, you will take it as an opportunity for reflection and learning.
Our goal is always to maintain balance understanding towards all perspectives and take fair actions.
Our top priority is to keep all community members safe and collaborative.

准则的范围

准则的执行
希望报告问题的社区成员可以使用此表格提交。
治理委员会负责处理每个报告并做出集体决定。每个报告将根据实际情况评估，并且在提交后不超过48小时内应有回应。如果未回应，可直接联系治理委员会。
治理委员会将尽可能迅速地审查提交，并尽最大努力解决问题。
如需要，你可以在保密渠道与匿名的 BuidlerDAO 治理委员会成员联系，只有你和委员会成员可以看到，以便询问其他信息。
共同努力
我们的价值观应该由社区的每个成员强制执行。每个成员都有责任对自己和对彼此负责。
准则执行指南

更正
社区影响：在社区中使用不当语言或其他被认为是不专业或不受欢迎的行为。

警告
社区影响：通过单个事件或一系列行动违反。
后果：警告并对持续行为采取后果。在指定时间内，不得与社区内外的指定群体进行互动，包括在社区内部、公共媒体平台等。违反这些条款可能导致暂时或永久禁止。
暂时封禁
社区影响：严重违反社区标准，包括持续的不当行为。
后果：在指定的一段时间内，禁止与社区进行任何形式的互动或公共交流。在此期间，不允许与有关人员、指定群体进行公共或私人互动，包括与执行准则的人员的非请求互动。违反这些条款可能导致永久禁止。
永久封禁
社区影响：展示了违反社区标准的模式，包括持续的不当行为、对个人的骚扰或对个人类别的攻击或诋毁。
后果：永久禁止在社区内进行任何形式的公开互动。
