This proposal aims to update the community on the preparation of the offline event in Shenzhen and to request a budget for the event.

Background
To enhance community engagement and connect more builders and talent in the Web3 industry, the S2 Governor has unanimously decided to initiate the BuidlerDAO offline event plan. This plan will bring community contributors closer together and broaden our influence by organizing meetups, sharing sessions, and industry events in major Web3 cities, attracting more talent to join our community.

Buidler Mix up:
BuidlerDAO IRL events are called Buidler Mix Up: (City Name). Both community members and Web3 Buidlers can register to join the local Mix Up.
- Each city can host up to 2 **Mix Up events per month in order to ensure high-quality preparation and execution.
- Mix Up requires a minimum of 8 participants. The event must be related to BuidlerDAO community and publicly shared on social media to achieve broader reach and impact.
- Both participants and event organizers will receive $BRP rewards.
- Participants earn $BRP based on attendance (First-time participants will receive a 10 $BRP reward. Those who participate in 5 and 10 events will receive an additional 10 $BRP reward each time.)
- while organizers receive $BRP based on three parts:
- effort dedicated to this event (time; case by case)
- the event’s scale and actual participants (More participants indicate higher difficulty and a more successful Mix Up, thus deserving greater rewards for the organizer)
- the effects of this event (quality and feedback from the media; determined by the committee)
The first event:
is organized by Error 404, the Head of the BuidlerDAO S2 Technical Guild, aiming to organize multiple offline developer and buidler knowledge-sharing events this quarter. Financial Impact
Steps for Budget request and reimbursement:
- Submit request (including the budget) to the committee before the event (no need to be a proposal, Internal Consensus within the committee; submit the recap to the forum)
- The event announcement, registration and offline event
- After the event, the organizer can got reimbursed according to the actual costs (need to submit the Proof of purchase or Receipt, the actual cost should be within the budget)
- SBT and $BRP award to organizers and Participants
The Shenzhen event organizer, Error404, is requesting 140 USDT from the treasury + 280$BRP as the event budget and operation reward for the procurement of event materials and food.

Reward for Participants:
Participants can claim event SBTs, which serve as proof of participation. First-time participants will receive a 10 $BRP reward. Those who participate in 5 and 10 events will receive an additional 10 $BRP reward each time.
Reward for Event Organizer:
Rewards based on the actual number of Mix Up participants.
Result Measurement
- Form a BuidlerDAO Shenzhen node
- Participants organically promoting the event on social media
- Successfully migrating from WeChat groups to the TG community
- Obtain the participants’ wallet address
Next Steps
The finance team will initiate a multi-signature transaction from the treasury, and the finance team will work with the event organizer to maintain accurate records of event expenses.

Voting Instructions
This round of voting is for S2 Governors, following the internal consensus as stipulated in the white paper. The voting period is at least one day. The approval criteria are:
- 60% (8 people) of the total internal members participate in the vote.
- Voting approval rate > 60%.
Note: There are 14 S2 Governors, but only 12 are eligible to vote as they do not yet hold any $BRP.
